Getting qualified

In order for sales campaigns to be successful, profiles must meet a certain standard of quality. If you are interested in becoming a NanoRep, but do not meet the criteria, here are some ways you can enhance your profile:

ensure your identity is verified

Verifying your identity on LinkedIn increases trust and credibility with both the algorithm and prospects. A verified profile is required to be a NanoRep. You can verify your identity with LinkedIn using THIS LINK.

connect with more people

Having connections on LinkedIn demonstrates an active and credible profile and increases the second-degree network. That’s why a minimum of 100 connections is required to become a NanoRep. If you are under this threshold, connect with past coworkers, classmates, clients, and people in your industry. You can send up to 100 connection requests a week manually.

Engage with content

LinkedIn favors active users in its algorithm. Get in the habit of liking, commenting, and sharing posts a few times per week. Even better, publish short posts with your own perspective or industry insights. Consistent engagement boosts visibility, shows you’re active, and ensures the campaigns run on your profile look authentic.

upload a professional headshot

Your profile photo is the first impression. Use a high-resolution headshot with good lighting, a neutral background, and attire that fits your professional field. Profiles with professional photos get up to 21x more views and build immediate trust. Avoid casual selfies or cropped group photos.

ensure your profile is fully filled out

Fill in every major section: headline, about/summary, work history with descriptions, education, and at least 10–15 skills. Add a banner image that reflects your professional identity. A complete, detailed profile not only looks more credible but also helps campaigns run more smoothly since they rely on your profile’s authority.
